Supporting continuous improvement in structured documentation

Overview

Carmarthenshire County Council has been working with Sgript as an early pilot site, helping to shape the platform through practical use in real-world environments. The collaboration has focused on understanding how structured, AI-assisted documentation can support staff in their day-to-day roles while aligning with operational and organisational requirements.

The Challenge

Teams were managing information across multiple formats, including policies, legislation, case notes and recorded conversations. Converting this material into consistent, structured documentation required significant time and manual effort.

There was also a need for a solution that could adapt to how teams work in practice, rather than requiring changes to established processes.

The Approach

Sgript was introduced as part of a pilot programme, enabling staff to capture and upload information from a wide range of sources, including documents, images, handwritten notes and recordings.

Using structured templates and controlled processes, the platform supports the transformation of this information into clear, consistent outputs aligned to organisational standards.

The pilot has been delivered in close collaboration with Carmarthenshire County Council, with ongoing refinement based on user feedback and real-world application.

The Impact

Positive Pilot Experience

Taking part as an early pilot site has been a positive experience for Carmarthenshire County Council, supporting practical testing of Sgript in real working environments.

Collaborative Refinement

Working collaboratively with Stable has helped shape the ongoing refinement of the platform through hands-on experience, user feedback and a clear understanding of business needs.

Reduced Documentation Time

The ability to upload multiple sources, including policies, legislation, Word and PDF files, handwritten content, images and recordings, then translate them into preferred templates has significantly reduced time.

Outcome

Carmarthenshire County Council's involvement as an early pilot site has helped shape the development of Sgript while demonstrating its practical value in operational settings.

By supporting structured, template-driven documentation across a range of inputs, Sgript enables teams to work more efficiently while maintaining clarity, consistency and alignment with organisational standards.
